Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, power cables, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
